A campaign celebrating diversity and LBGHTQ+ pride using machine learning and computer vision

In collaboration with H&M, I spearheaded the development of a mobile web app to celebrate diversity and inclusivity during Pride month. As the technical director, I played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, prototyping, and implementing a groundbreaking solution that harnessed the power of machine learning and computer vision. H&M sought to create an immersive and engaging experience that would resonate with their diverse customer base and amplify the message of Pride. The challenge lay in developing a unique feature that would seamlessly integrate machine learning and computer vision to enhance the user experience.

Developed a custom dataset for Pride flag and pattern recognition, ensuring high accuracy and user experience. Integrated Tensorflow.js seamlessly into the mobile web app, enabling real-time image scanning and content unlocking. Streamlined the development process through effective prototyping and technical leadership.
My expertise in prototyping proved invaluable in translating the conceptual idea into a tangible product. Iteratively crafting prototypes, I refined the user experience and ensured seamless integration of the machine learning component.
Under my technical lead, the development team skillfully implemented the solution, utilizing Tensorflow.js and a custom dataset, both positive and negative, to build a robust model capable of accurately detecting Pride imagery. The mobile web app seamlessly integrated with the camera, enabling users to scan their surroundings and unlock exclusive content.
