Hublot, a world-famous Swiss watchmaker, is known for their exquisite craftsmanship and innovative spirit. To stay ahead of the game, Hublot wanted to create an online sales experience that was just as good as shopping in a physical boutique. We came up with a solution that combines video calls with an interactive media library, so you can get the same personalized attention and expert guidance you'd expect from a seasoned sales associate, right from the comfort of your home.
My task was leading the creative and dev team to concept and produce a truly innovative online sales product.

And with Hublot's new online platform, you can now get that same great service without ever leaving home.
The live video call allows us to connect with you face-to-face, just like in a boutique. We can show you detailed images and videos of the watches, and in ultra-high rez imagery zoom in to show you the most intricate details. With a sleek 27-inch touch screen, the sales associate can intuitively navigate through the media library and allow the client to explore the different models.

Key to this vision was bridging the digital divide, creating an online platform that mirrored the intimate, personalized experience of interacting with a seasoned sales associate in a physical boutique. The challenge lay in replicating the tactile allure and intricate details of Hublot's timepieces in a digital environment. To achieve this ambitious goal, we developed a groundbreaking solution that seamlessly blended cutting-edge technology with the essence of Hublot's luxury brand identity. At the heart of this innovation was a high-presence video call setup, ensuring a seamless connection between the client and the sales associate.
The Digital boutique service was launched at Hublot's NYC flagship store, presented by Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe. I was on site to train staff and deliver a premuim demo experience to select customers.
